At Thrivvy, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy for important information about delivery times and options.
Location
We are based in Gold coast, Queensland, and currently offer domestic shipping within Australia.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer.
If your order includes a personalised laser-printed item, please allow up to 10 working days for production before shipping.
Shipping Timeframes
Once processed, delivery usually takes up to 5 business days depending on your location. Remote or regional areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and size of your order. You’ll be able to see your total shipping cost before finalising your purchase.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
While we do our best to meet our shipping timeframes, we are not responsible for postal or courier delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather events, public holidays, or carrier delays).
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at thriveabw@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
